About Life Score
A Life Score is a unique metric designed to evaluate the overall quality and balance of your life across twelve critical dimensions. These dimensions encompass your relationships (with a significant other, family, and friends), community engagement, financial stability, physical and mental health, enjoyment of hobbies and entertainment, management of physiological needs, spiritual fulfillment, commitment to ongoing education, and career satisfaction.
How is it Calculated?
Your Life Score is calculated based on three key factors for each dimension
Scientific Foundations
The Score considers research foundations in the biological, psychological and social fields of the human being.
Importance
How crucial each dimension is to your overall well-being, rated from 1 (Marginally Important) to 10 (Extremely Important).
Satisfaction
How content you are in each area, rated on a scale from 1 (Very Unsatisfied) to 10 (Completely Satisfied).
